Using cmdline.h in Visual C++

Cmdline is an easy-to-use command line parser. But the cmdline is not straightforwardly compiled with Visual C++ due to missing cxxabi.h file.

This code requires the cxxabi.h for name demangling from typeid.name() in g++. In this case, name demangling is not needed in Visual C++ because typeid.name() in Visual C++ is already demangled.
